Okay, I have decided to up my caloric intake from 1500 to somewhere in the 2000s. According to FitDay, my maintenance
calories should be about 2700. That is based on my BMR and my relatively sedentary lifestyle. Now, I do quite a bit of aerobic exercise every day and on top of that, weight train three days per week, though I am going to change that soon, perhaps tomorrow. (I want to weight train daily/split up my routine.) In short, I burn between 700-1000
calories per day through exercise. So this means my caloric intake should be between 3000-and 3300
calories per day if I want to maintain. I do not want to maintain. I want to lose
fat and I want to do it the right way so I am losing about 2
pounds per week. So, since I’m exercising off 700-1000
calories per day, should my caloric intake be 2700-500 or should it be 3000 or 3300-500? Or should I be cutting 1000
calories because I'm exercising? Gah. Thanks!
