Talking Scales are made by gremlins

Morning,

Gad, I hate scales too. It's really annoying when they show a higher weight when they should just plain know better!

Your weight can increase because of retaining water, gaining muscle, etc.

Instead of scales, I go by inches via my trusty tape measure. It's much more reassuring.

Hang in there,

Barbara

Afternoon , just try and keep in mind it usually takes a couple weeks before most people even lose that first pound when dieting due to our bodies adjusting . Try to weigh yourself at the same time ( I prefer am before I eat or drink anything ). I lost my 1st pound after 3 weeks of non cheating healthy eating and working out if that helps.

A number on the scale is just that: a number. As Barbara stated, your weight fluctuates due to a number of reasons. If anything, just weigh yourself once a week on the same day or once every two weeks to get a more accurate weight.
