surgar free or fat free

well today i went shopping with the gf and came across 2 types of pudding fat free and sugar free. one was 100 calories and the other was 60 calories. i know you should consume less calories but the fat free had 100 calories and the sugar free had 60. just wondering what one i should get.

It depends on which you prefer? I personally don't like sugar-free deserts. There's always a noticeable difference between regular and artificial sweeteners. If you're in a calorie deficit, it really doesn't matter which pudding to get.

if it's sugar free they're adding in some chemical toreplace the sugar
if it's fat free they're adding something to replace the fat

So if you're going for healthy -the answer is neither -get the real pudding, made wiht natural stuff and have less of it... otherwise go for which ever one tastes better...
