So, I have noticed lately that I have had a noticeable decrease in energy. And I just don't feel good...of course, I have not been on top of what I eat. So that plays a big part. I was just wondering if anyone could suggest some sort of 10 day detox program or plan. I really can't find anything but ads when I do a search. I just really want something that will make me feel better and clearer.

What do you mean by "detox program"?

Are you saying that you've been boozing and other stuff like that, and now you just feel like garbage?

Or do you mean it more along the lines of "I've eaten bad foods like McDonalds, and now I feel like junk".

I'm not a fan of detoxes or cleanses -your body is basically self cleaning -

make sure you are properly hydrated, not eating processed foods and getting plenty of rest - as well as getting some amount of exercise daily - and you'll be fine...
