Rep Power: 41116 | | | I use my food scale for pretty much everything. It really is an eye opener, and doesn't let you cheat saying "this much is half!" when it really isn't.

Rep Power: 0 | | | Any suggestions on a good food scale? Would someplace like GNC (Probably not) carry one? I'm going to be down to a city tomorrow with lots of time to kill and would like to get one. |

I have a digital scale I purchased at Bed, Bath and Beyond.

Rep Power: 0 | | | Wow, just a little overmeasuring can add up to a lot of unwanted calories. I am the worse at this when cooking but am going to be very strict about it from now on. thanks for sharing this great video with us. |

Rep Power: 37626 | | | food scale video This will def. stay with me when measuring out my food. I do level everything off, but I'm sure a food scale would come in handy. |

Make sure that you get adequate sleep. Good sleep habits are conducive to exercise, experts point out. If you feel worn out during the day, you are less likely to get much physical activity during the day.
In addition, there is evidence that people who are tired tend to eat more, using food as a substance for the rest they need.
