I honestly don't know how I'd feel about the vid. A little part of me dawned a realization, but a bigger part of me says, "that's not necessary".
I'm confused. |

I want to share some easy weight loss tips-
1st- try to do exercise in the morning, it will raise your metabolic pace all through the day providing you with more fat burning and more energy.
2nd- Your water drinking is imperative to flushing out your structure and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Though this is very easiest fat loss tips, as a result few people actually do it.
3rd- protein should have importance in your diet. To ensure you are converting your fat into muscle, you want to have a big deal of protein. You can add eggs and apples in your protein list. It will also be helpful.
4th- if you are taking a larger meal, then it should be earlier in the day. And this permits you to burn off several calories on your regular lifestyle. |

The only time that I can do some serious work-out is in the afternoon, a couple of hours after work. |

Rep Power: 87 | | the above poster was just here to spam...doubt he'll be back....but i for one, can't believe that the time of day would have "that" much effect on it. i think its better to exercise when its convient for you, than to shoot for a certain time, and miss it, therefore, missing your exercise routine all together. |

I'm confused. | Well, if you are back... there aren't any absolutes here. Weighing food will fit right with some people and not so much with others. It's a matter of matching lifestyle habits to the person's needs and personality.
Some can't handle weighing as it either a) turns them into an obsessive nutcase or b) adds too much rigidity to the plan and they don't stick to it.
Some, on the other hand, enjoy tracking things to a T and feel the accountability helps them stay true.
Neither group is right or wrong and success can be had with either approach. Simple as that. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Thanks, Korrie. But if the time of day really does have an increasing factor for our BMR, I wouldn't hesitate to wake up in the wee hours before I get to work. Hahaha. It's good to know that it doe not matter much.
I have been exercising regularly waaay back in college, when everyone else in my class were jogging the campus perimetry. For some reasons, I stopped not so long ago and got some unwanted flabs. Ranting about the fat gain, I stopped eating right, and eventually landed on binging.
I'm not concerned with my weight. Why? Coz it's absolutely fine (BMI and all)... but I still have the flabs and I look chunky.
I bet I lost lean mass and retained loads of triumphant fat in me! Aaaack. |

| This is not accurate for reasons we've discuss ad nauseam around here. |
