Morning,
Well, it's been 8 days since my surgery, and healing is going quite well! While I haven't gone to the
gym, of course, I have made certain to workout other areas of my
body including balance, arms, etc.
I just learned something so remarkably startling about myself in this regards that I had to blog about it. Basically, for the past 6 months, a particular physical problem I was experiencing turned out to be NOT because of my true physical limitations - it was because of my mental perceptions of myself.
