Rep Power: 0 | | | want to loose weight! but how do I do it??? Iīve got a problem and I really need your advice: Iīm a 43 old male, 5 foot 7 inches tall and I weigh over a hundred kilos ( canīt tell you exactly how much ).
youīll agree, that a 100 kilos is way too much. I donīt like to look at myself and I start to have health problems as well. my hip and my knees are kind of worn out already. a couple of years ago I didnīt have any problems at all and I never accepted to do diets and stuff. but lately Iīve thought about it quite often and I feel, that I have to do something. but what? I feel kind of helpless, donīt know, where to start. to do sports, will be hard for me - my knees and hip..
do you have any advice for me? I appreciate any kind of tips, thanks in advance.
btw, what should I weigh anyway? is there an ideal weight for my age and height? |

weight loss is a matter of using more calories than you take in -but also taking in a reasonable amount of calories.
Get an account at FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal or one o fthe 100s of free sites on the internet that do the same thing - a set of measuring tools andlearn what a portion is - READ LABELS
Successful weight loss ditches the diet mindset and instead thinks lifestyle change -that you can use for the rest of your life.

Mal gave the best advice about how to go about starting your lifestyle change. As far as what you should way, it really varies. I looked at a chart, and a 5 foot 7 large framed man should weigh around 169lbs (76.8 kg) or thereabouts. If your frame is smaller, then less. There are a lot of sites that help you find your ideal weight. Here is one of many: Better Ideal Weight Body Calculations
It is in US weight but you can do the math to get the kilos.

Rep Power: 0 | | how to loose weight...fast!? hi grobi
I read your post and I can understand how you must feel. And I know what you mean when you say you dont like yourself anymore. I felt the same a few weeks ago. Then I was talking to friend, how complicated it is to get rid of this havy fat away from my body. I was almost crying and thinking i will stay chubby for the rest of my live. It needs a lot of power and will to change something in your live. But searching for help here in the forum is a beginning, you now. So this is the first step. I started the same way. Then I found out that several people here in the forum are talking about Dietpills or weightloss supplements. Then I starded to search for more information and while I was searching I met someone here in the forum who told me about redusyn, which is a dietpill. She lost more than 28lbs in only 3 month. I asked my doctor what he thinks about such pills and he told me generally he would recommend not to use any weight loss pills and exercise more or changing nutrition habits. but on the other side he said, it doesn`t mind how I am loosing weight until I am feeling well with it. So thats it i mean. Everyone should come to her/his own decision regarding to use dietary supplements.
Think about!
