What's your biggest weight loss challenge?

Mine is consistency. I start with a plan and it eventually falls by the side of the road. Anyone else strugglewith this?

oh yea! consistancy is a huge problem for me! I've gotten better at it since I've adopted my "one day at a time" motto!

I'm a terrible binge eater. I'll eat a spoonful of ice-cream and then think "Well damn, I've already blown it for today..." and then I'll just go crazy and eat it all >_>

Consistency and shopping for the right foods... the cheapo value crapo meals are tough for me to resist.

"What's your biggest weight loss challenge?"

My biggest challenge is to start a diet, and to stop "killing me" slowing with sweets.

Than i have many challange...but not so hard, i think it's different.

Getting my head around the fact that if I stay the same weight for a few days it's not a failure and it's not cause to say "sod it" and stuff my face

My biggest challenge is my food craving. I’m always hungry. ALWAYS. Appetite suppressants do not work.

My biggest challenge is not too eat too little, surprisingly enough. For some reason, I am rarely hungry now, other than *after* I have eaten something, so I'm kinda reluctant to eat.

That, and I hate cooking. Makes it difficult to get meals that are okay, nutrition wise, because all the pre-packed stuff just doesn't really work, no matter it says 'Healthy' or 'low calories' on the box....

Mine was easily my mental state. It was just hard to get over a lot of mental and subconcious hurdles. It was like my mind was working against me. I have been spending a lot of time trying to change my outlook and habits and it has helped me so far.

I never grew out of the stage where candy was the most delicious thing to consume at any time in the world. So it's hard for me to say no to candy..and halloween time when my little sister was out and brough home a bunch of candy (she's 3, so she obviously could'nt eat a lot of the stuff), I had a ball..then had to work my ass on the treadmill hahah.

So candy is my biggest slip up...and probably dining out.. My family dines out A LOT... so it's hard to see all those foods you really want to have and have to stick to the healthy stuff. haha, but thusfar I've been successful with it. =)

Mine is staying motivated. I will train hard and watch what I eat closely for a few weeks, then just die out and not care anymore. Its really easy to skip the gym after work and eat everything I want.
