I have never had it. temptation is my vice. If the food is there, I can't walk away from it. Much easier to keep it away in the first place...
That being said... I have never been able to keep a streak running at exercise either, and this time I've been ging to the gym for a month solid.
I've never been able to quit smoking... this time I have been cigarette free for 4 weeks...
Maybe... just maybe... this time I'll find the willpower to watch what I eat change my lifestyle. |

Rep Power: 9 | | Mine is the consistancy thing with exercise. Also getting enough calories. I know I could easily get in more with junk food, but I think thats not the best of ideas. |

Rep Power: 5 | | My thing is I absolutely refuse to eat past 6 pm and since I live with a family that eat their main meals late late at night it's so so difficult! And it's always my favorite foods... I had to give up chicken chunks from the deli where I work at and recently my family have discovered them so I get to see them eat it right in front of me... ugh!!
I thought chocolate or even pizza would be my biggest challenge but I hardly ever actually miss them, it's weird. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | My biggest challenge is rolling out of bed. I just don't want to. Motivation and will power are not two words that I comprehend. And emotional/boredom eating. That is when I eat the most, when the boredom gets the best of me or I am upset. And couple that with the obsession I have with pasta and sweets, ruination. LOL |

Rep Power: 0 | | I can't stop myself from eating at night in front of the tv. I've been better lately, but, it's whats kept me from reaching my goal of body building for competition. I'm gonna be one of those old ladies regretting not doing certain things. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Mine is lack of motivation. I break the diet and then just feel so bad about it that cannot come back on track. |

Rep Power: 6 | | my biggest weight-loss challange: MY BOYFRIEND!! lol
he eats so much junk food, that i of course LOVE and often give into. this always use to screw my diet, but now i calorie cycle (instead of eating 1400/day everyday for example, i'll have 1100 one day and 1700 another day etc. ) and that sort of levels out me eating junk for the days when i see him. i know when we live together this will be a challenge, but i just have to make sure that my good eating habits rub off on him! instead of his rubbing off on me lol |

Rep Power: 4 | | hmm... i guess my problem is getting bored with the diet. have to admit that dieting is rarely (make it never =p ) a pleasure for me. Having cheat days and other goals has helped somewhat. |

Rep Power: 7 | | Mine is being lazy and not working out. It used to be not eating enough during the day, but having a eating routine has helped this.
Now I gotta kick myself in the butt to work out, especially on those cold days were all I want to do is snuggle in bed with my hubby |

Rep Power: 6 | | | I think my major set back is poor meal planning and horrible impulse. Planning in advance, getting up 15 min earlier every morning during the week to make my lunches and making sure I have enough to last me 12 hours that im away from home is essential if I have any intention to succeed. We have to live INTENTIONALLY! Very challenging at times. |
