well you have to eat, so don't be down on that,
stress happens. The key is not heading in to bad habits, or choosing the wrong kinds of foods.. *cough*chocolate milk*cough*.. lol.. (no offense) .. that will not be beneficial to your
goal. When I am stressed I go to the
gym, or go for a walk. If I want that piece of chocolate I have it. Deprivation leads to binges sometimes.
Just breathe, remember you are in control of when and what you put in your mouth, and take one day at a time.
