anhydrous caffeine vs caffeine

I want to know the difference between anhydrous and regular caffeine. I usually take 200mg of caffeine in the morning to curb appeitte. But today I bought some caffeiene at the gas station that was anhydrous, which I googled and found out that is has no water in it whatsoever. is this the only difference?

is it higher concentrated because of the no water? it is 200mg just like i usually take but it seems to curb my appatite for 3-4 hours longer.
