I'm pretty sure I'm about to get sick. My stomach feels horrible, I have a sore throat and a horrible taste in my mouth, and I had a really bad headache the other day.
Could this be related to my diet/exercise, or am I stressing out over a coincidence?
On a related note, I don't know what this is going to do to my diet. I'm simultaneously hungry and absolutely disgusted by the thought of putting anything into my digestive system. I doubt I'll be able to get out the door tomorrow to pick up lunch.
...but that actually works out really well for me, because I'm probably going out to a restaurant tomorrow - last day of college and all. (Plus, I'll probably end up sleeping in, so breakfast and lunch will have to run together.)
What's your diet look like? are you still eating a pile of lettuce and rotten tomatoes? then it's entirely possible that it's related to what you're not eating...
Or it could be allergies or stress over exams and lack of sleep or a coincidence...
Get some rest - drink plenty of fluids and exercise if you feel up to it -otherwise rest your body -and eat something...
It's been pretty normal; I did go back and eat an actual dinner after that on that night. I've been eating less, true, but at some point I would have had to. So I don't know.
I am constantly sick, I hoped that changing my diet would help me, but I started in January, got a terrible bronchitis in february, a strep throat in march, I was starting to get desperate. I even started taking an immune booster and echinacea... well I got strep about 4 days after beginning the echinacea and boosters.
So I stopped taking them and I continued to work out. I feel ok and all of april I haven't been sick (touch on wood for may).
But my coeliac disease causes problems every now and then and I was a very sickish person to begin with. So I guess it is just normal.
Rest, drink water and get some vitamin C in.
Hope you feel better soon, Camy
