But I'm looking for support. These things are flopping around all over the place and it's quite embarrassing. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Question for the ladies..... Ok so I'm finding that my regular every day bras are not really working for me at the gym....to say the least!
I want to invest in a couple of good sports bras and want to buy quality which means finding a comfortable/functional one that does the trick....
Any favorites/suggestions??? |

I guess it all depends on your breast size, I'm a D, and the Champion ones work pretty well! |

Rep Power: 217 | | there are generally 2 different bra styles, one that pulls over the head and one that has fasteners...
the larger busted you are the more difficult it is to put on the over the head styles...
Gap makes a really nice High impact sports bra in colors -and comfortable too.. that fasten in the back.. (they have a few different styles that aren't high impact)
Victoria's Secret also makes a nice one but t hat's just not pretty looking but it's functional...
you really have to try them on and feel what's good on you.. and jump around in the fitting room |

Rep Power: 217 | | | how else are you going to know if it's got good bounce protection...
It's suggested that when you try on a regular bra you do all sorts of moving around to make sure you don't pop out or gap anywhere... (more women would probably be wearing the right size bra if they did that... ) |

Rep Power: 79 | | | haha my daughters were laughing at me the other week when i did that. They asked why and i said i had to be sure i wasnt going to fall out (it was a bikini top that time though).
I also made my daughter do it when she got her first one. Its worth doing ! |

Rep Power: 20 | | This has been a problem for me for a long time.
I am large chested (38DD) and find that the over the head versions offer virtually no support, and trying to find a regular style in my size is almost impossible.
I finally found some, regular stlye and in my size at KOHL's. The brand I found that carries my size is LILY of FRANCE. And I must tell ya- they not only fit great, they keep me cool as they are absorbent, and they look great on. I actually like to admire myself in the mirror wearing only the sports bra and bike shorts and that is GREAT Motivation!
I highly recommend these bras! |
