Hey, well i started at 204lbs on March1st 2008
Now im 187, and have been for 3-4 weeks.
Now ive been taking measurements every week and i have seen some dramatic differences.. and they seem to still be changing just much much slower, frustratingly so..
Im 6'2 and a really weird shape..
I seem to have a firm stomach above the naval, but for 4ish inches below there is a band of fat.. (under ribcage =33inches (started at 37) below naval = 38 inches)
same story surrounding my lats and on the top of my pelvis on my lower back
Looking at my weightloss spreadsheets i have lost 3-4 inches everywhere but the areas that are still fatty..
What should i do to keep losing the inches? Just increase intensity/frequency of my full body workouts?
5 weeks till my holiday and i was really hoping for an almost flat-stomach.
Any advice would be great!
