I feel pain in my right side of the abdomen or tummy every time I exercise, but i goes away after a minute once I stop exercising. Is that normal? |

Rep Power: 0 | | Sounds like you're not warming up before your exercise routine, is that the case?
If you do a proper warm-up yet you still experience pain, perhaps you should check it with your doctor. |

but you're not allt hat clear in describing what type of pain it is... |

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth like your blowing out a candle usually fixes a stitch or prevents them. |

^by the way, i followed austin advise about breathing and it did works. the pain got away after doing it.
