Exercise pain

Can I ask if this is normal

I feel pain in my right side of the abdomen or tummy every time I exercise, but i goes away after a minute once I stop exercising. Is that normal?

Sounds like you're not warming up before your exercise routine, is that the case?

If you do a proper warm-up yet you still experience pain, perhaps you should check it with your doctor.

if it's a stitch that you're describing... the lack of warm up is usually the first cause -another cause of it is eating too close to exercising...

but you're not allt hat clear in describing what type of pain it is...

It could also be not breathing correctly, if you take short sharp breaths you usually get a stitch. Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth like your blowing out a candle usually fixes a stitch or prevents them.
