I use Beverly International protein supplement.
Beverly International Nutrition Official Website
Its a blend of casein, whey and egg whites, there might be soy in there too, I can't remember. I just mix a scoop and a half in water.
Someone had mentioned muscle milk. Muscle milk tastes good, I'd recommend it for someone who has never used protein powder as a way to get used to it, and once you are used to using protein supplement, you should wean onto a better choice. Reason being, some of the muscle milk products have over 2 gm saturated
fat, and you don't want that, especially if you mix it with milk, that could put you at almost 5 gm saturated
fat if using 1%....if you do that everyday, it *could* be enough to stall
weight loss, it really depends on the person. I know for a fact my
body would not tolerate that.
Other good sources of protein are
fat free cottage cheese, which is also a complete protein, which means it contains every amino acid your
body needs for the day. Your
body can make some aminos, but not all of them, and cottage cheese is a great way to get all of them.
Fat free ricotta could also be an option, as well. I also eat Chobani brand greek yogurt,

it has 18 gm of protein and only 7 gm of carbs, I have yet to find a yogurt to beat that ratio.
Good luck.
