Depends on a lot of factors -there really is no normal
What your starting weight was
What your age/gender is
What your
diet was like before you started losing weight (if you went from eating all crap all the time, to healthier options you will shed more at the beginning than the closer you get to
goal)
1 percent a week is a good aim to shoot for -but it can't be said often enough- don't obsess over the scale number it's just a number -go by measurements, what you see in themirror, pictures, how you're feeling,
fitness levels...the important stuff...
