There was a girl I went to high school with who was always heavier than I was. I wasn't heavy all through high school either; I got really skinny towards the end.
Well, now I'm heavy and I just saw that girl's Facebook profile. She's still ugly as sin, but she's fit and slim now.
Not only no but HELL NO. I'm not going to sit around FAT while that cow who tortured me from the sixth grade through my senior year gets to be fit and fabulous. Nope. Not going to take it. When I get to her size I'll look 100x better because while you can change your body through diet and exercise, you need SURGERY to fix a face like hers!
Glad you enjoyed it! Seriously, that girl has always been uuuuuuuuuugly. And MEAN. She was such a waste of space in school...just mean and ugly to everyone. Ugh.
I ought to print one of the photos from her Facebook page and put it up on my fridge. If someone as dumb as she is can do it, I can grind her into dust!
What ever works as your motivation -use it... then when you hit your goal -let it go.. and move on ...

Motivation is not something you find or lose, have or don't have. It is the product of how you see yourself in the world: active or passive, effective or ineffective, powerful or victimized, normal or pathological.
