My Experimentation

Not sure if anyone remembers me at all but I used to post here quite a few times a day back when I was unemployed. A great way to lose weight btw haha.

Anyway recently I decided to try something new and here were my results. I know that people have always wanted to try to do low calorie diet thinking that it would work and be a quick way. Well I took it to the extreme:

Low Calorie and Low Hydration:

I started at around 200. I decided I would not eat breakfast or lunch. I would only eat a snack of cheese and crackers when I got home from work and whatever was for dinner. I wouldn't drink anything until I got home from work at 5. Then I would have a 16 ounce glass of Propel.

I would probably put my max calorie intake a day at around 800 - 1000 calories. My max fluid intake at 24 - 30 ounces. I did this for about a week and a half. I ended up I think at my lowest was 191.

I felt pretty terrible and weak most of the time but the results were pretty exciting. My theory was I lost all water weight. I went back to my normal routine. Ate around 1500 cals a day and drank whatever I wanted as long as it was 0 cals. Well I went back up to 199.

It was fairly quick that I got back up to that weight of 199. However, after the initial quick jump it leveled. Now currently I'd say I'm losing around 1/4 of a pound a day. This is completely hydrated and not miserable.

I just wanted to share my story so if someone actually was thinking of doing something like this, to think twice. It was an incredible but eye opening waste of time.

You can go extreme without being stupid. Not that anyone around here needs it.
