Not sure if anyone remembers me at all but I used to post here quite a few times a day back when I was unemployed. A great way to lose weight btw haha.
Anyway recently I decided to try something new and here were my results. I know that people have always wanted to try to do low calorie
diet thinking that it would work and be a quick way. Well I took it to the extreme:
Low Calorie and Low Hydration:
I started at around 200. I decided I would not eat breakfast or lunch. I would only eat a snack of cheese and crackers when I got home from work and whatever was for dinner. I wouldn't drink anything until I got home from work at 5. Then I would have a 16 ounce glass of Propel.
I would probably put my max calorie intake a day at around 800 - 1000
calories. My max fluid intake at 24 - 30 ounces. I did this for about a week and a half. I ended up I think at my lowest was 191.
I felt pretty terrible and weak most of the time but the results were pretty exciting. My theory was I lost all water weight. I went back to my normal routine. Ate around 1500 cals a day and drank whatever I wanted as long as it was 0 cals. Well I went back up to 199.
It was fairly quick that I got back up to that weight of 199. However, after the initial quick jump it leveled. Now currently I'd say I'm losing around 1/4 of a
pound a day. This is completely hydrated and not miserable.
I just wanted to share my story so if someone actually was thinking of doing something like this, to think twice. It was an incredible but eye opening waste of time.
