hey guys I am 23yrs old, i just join last night been reading around and find this forum could help me in a lot of ways because i see i am not the only one out there who has trouble in learning how to loose weight really been wanting to loose weight but for some reason i found it hard at times. and right now i know i have to do this. i really don't know how to start at all i read a lot in how to but still don't get it i know for a fact i have to start eating my 4 meals a day because that was one of things i never done i rarely ate any breakfast or lunch and when it came to eat i would eat dinner but like in the way that since i haven't ate all day i would be very hungry. i willing to make that change i know i can do it i just need a push. i'm willing to at least start walking for 30min for start 5 days a week. i really want to know what should i shop for in the market in order start my diet, i have stop the fast-food eating junk food like chips, cake, candy bar ect. water well i really hardly would drink water maybe 1 or2 cups a day but i'm willing on drinking water more now i just need know what else should i do in order to start my diet.
...and then stopping AFTER the portion. (tee hee, MY problem)
I've found trying to make drastic changes at one time just result in you letting yourself down and giving up (in my case, at least). I found taking it slower and working on one goal at a time (like your no fast food one!) doesn't overwhelm you. The water thing just comes. I keep a water bottle with me and at first it was hard to drink when I wasn't REALLY thirsty, but now it's just like a habit. I suck on my bottle (HAR HAR) all day and 8 cups later - I've lost my cravings and feel a lot better.
