You are probably gaining muscle and losing fat, and muscle weighs more. Don't stop now, because the scales definitely won't budge then!

You should always measure as well as weight. Scales lie. You will also need to be very careful counting and measuring your food.

I keep track of everything I eat on a website. maybe I'm not eating enough.. I'm told to never eat below your bmr,, is that true? but how do you know your bmr is accurate? these online calculators could be wrong right? i find it hard to eat that many calories.. i get a stuffed feeling and feel like my stomach is bloated and then realize I am still 400 cals short of my daily limit!!!

but I will be honest, even though the scale isnt moving, my pants seem to be a little looser...

Ha! The scale shows numbers. Secret numbers. Numbers no one will ever know but you. Loose pants? Now thats something everyone can see.

if the pants are looser then the waist is smaller! you prob are gaining muscle or it could be water weight...you should see some movement on those scales soon so dont give up!
