Rep Power: 217 | | there is a thread or two around rewards... you don't have to spend a lot of money on a reward it can be a magazine -a bubble bath - a bottle of nail polish...
You can go to a thrift shop and buy yourself an outfit that's just a trifle too small -or set up a clothing share program with other people who are also trying to lose weight and when you hit that size -your reward is you have somehing new to you - to wear
What got me thru my first 125lbs - was a paper chain I had created ... it was a gum wrapper chain that I made out of pretty paper -and i just kept adding to the chain- it was good incentive to see the chain keep growing... while I wasn't |

Rep Power: 41 | | | If you are into music, you can use that as a reward. For each little step you can reward yourself with a download. It is money, but it's not much, so you can use it often.
It's a better alternative to taking up whoring around as a reward. |

When I reach a goal (or just eating well for a week) I go out and treat myself to a new top or a pair of shoes. Or I say "I cant buy clothes until I lose 2kg!).
Or buying make up? Thats something little that you can buy for a reward, or some cheap jewellery or a book?
What about exercise equiptment or nutrition books? Something to help you along with your weight loss is always good.  |

Anyone Else going to reward themselves when they get to there goal weight??? I am going to get a tattoo as soon as i get a six pack, ive always wanted one now this gives me more reason to bust ass. Wondering if anyone else is doin anything. |

And We could stay with our friends so the trip would be cheap. And I have friends that work at Disney still so I can still get free tickets. Well hell, I should go now! |

I do have to say though, If I was on my "goal" vacation and feeling the moment, and maybe I was on the beach in front of the ocean, and not too many people were around, and if I was probably drinking a little too much, I would do it. lol |
