I picked up a bottle of this stuff at Costco today and it sounds like it could really aid in my weight loss. Has anyone actually tried this or seen results with using it along with their regular diet/exercise?
It's the "High-Fiber Hoodia enriched with pomegranate" by Body Choice. You only take 1oz of it once or twice daily (only 25cal each oz). BODYCHOICE NUTRITION
On their website it looks like they changed to a blueberry version, but everything else looks the same. |
