Rep Power: 0 | | keep with it! it's tough when we are genetically predisposed sometimes to carry fat around our midesections. exercise and diet can not always target this trouble spot. i'm not sure how old you are but be careful of the following things that can increase your likelihood of bellyfat: beer, other grain alcohols, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, stress.
running is a great way to reduce it - but try incorporating some core work (plank position for 30 secs-2 min/day and lower back strengthening) as well as mediation and deep breathing to try to reduce your stress levels.
keep up with your good work!! love yourself and be grateful that you have strong joints and legs that can keep you running so much! |

Rep Power: 182 | | So you're not eating enough and pounding your body into submission pretty much daily?
Yup.
That's a recipe for plateauing. |

Rep Power: 182 | | Umm, tons of exercise which, in turn, means tons of caloric expenditure.
To boot, he's eating only 1500 calories per day which wouldn't be 'enough' for someone his size without all that exercise.
Combine the two and you have a recipe for screwing up your bodily systems and acutely slowing down your metabolism.
As I stated above, beating your body into submission is not the solution. |

Rep Power: 217 | | | obviously doesn't coach on how to effectively use a forum.
There's a wonderful feature called EDIT that allows you to change your post when you add an additional thought.
Now you're probably using the slimeball spammer approach of making pointless and idiotic posts to raise your post count so you can hit the forum with spam.. but - it won't last long and neither will you | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
