Iphone weight loss apps

If you don't know me my name is Greg. I work for AT&T and am an iPhone fanatic. With the app store there are several applications I've been using to help with weight loss. The two best i have found so far are. iFitness and Lose it. Lose It is a great way to keep a food journal as well as track how many calories you need to take in to hit your weight goal. iFitness is an exercise tracker. I am fimilar with most exercises but i've still found a few new ones in here and it gives your picture descriptions of how to correctly perform each exercise. It has that option to either design your own workout or choose from a premade plan. I'll gladly help anyone learn to use these and any other iPhone apps or issues. Good luck guys!

i meant jailbreaking. Unlocking will let you use other carries besides at&t and it can't be reversed. jailbreaking gives you all the custom features and more apps than a standard phone. I have spoken GPS and a wallpaper of the beach under the icons. you can also download free ringtones on the go without itunes.

its a simple process. It also gives you options to tether and change texting tones. I have a beach theme that turns my lock screen to a beach with a crab to slide it on

i didnt like most of the ifitness and others apps. they seem to be made for iphone only and not ipod touch so they all require GPS which i dont have, its really annoying.

I tried a couple and i went with Tap and Track which tracks the calories and exercise nicely and also gives me a daily summery nicely.

Tap and Track sounds like Lose It, which I use on the Itouch. I wonder if they change the app a bit for different countries. Lose It choses a daily calorie allowance based on your weight, height, age and desired weight loss per week. Then it adds more calories to your day if you exercise. You get a daily running calorie deficit total as well as a weekly summary.

My friend has an original iphone and uses ifitness. I don't think it requires the GPS.
