Rep Power: 4 | | | Supplements I'm going to start weight training.....well lifting some dumbells around. I've cut a lot of foods out of my diet, and wonder if I could benefit from using some kind of supplements. |

Rep Power: 13 | | heya....i'm not sure if you were referring to food supplements or vitamin/mineral supplements.
if it's food supplements i agree with the above posters that the best form of nutrition is getting the nutrients direct from the source, the fresher the better.
otherwise if its vitamin/mineral supplements your referring to then i think a multivitamin tablet would be good, i also take a cod liver oil tablet and a glucosamine sulphate mineral tablet (since i worry about my joints). that's all i can think of for now. Quote:
