Have I reached my plateau?

The weight loss has been going good up until this point where I was losing an average of 2 lbs/week. The past two weeks, I havent lost or gained anything even though I am still eating nutriously and working out for 60 mins a day (30 mins treadmill & Jillian Michaels 30 day shred)

Is it that my body is too used to what workouts Ive been doing? Im currently working out 6 days a week...
What should I do to start seeing those last 30 lbs drop off? Im just really lost at this point...

dilynnlew will become famous soon enough
Can you perhaps change your workouts in some way? Maybe bike instead of treadmill...or swimming...hiking. Just a change of some sort could kick start you into dropping the pounds again. Also, how are your clothes fitting? You may not have dropped pounds, but you could be losing inches, which is a better indicator of how well you are doing.

Are you counting calories...if so, how many are you eating daily? Maybe you need to start eating a little more for a week or so. Sometimes this helps if your calories are too low.

That's all I can think of for now...some others may have better ideas for you.
Good luck!

Be patient.

2 weeks isn't a plateau. It's a blip. Keep doing what you're doing - don't fall into the pattern of making changes every week and freaking out. Just keep doing it. The weight will start coming off again.

Well than I guess that I only had a *blip* of a three week plateau, lol whatever. Still found it frustrating.

I added in different runs to my day, at different times, as well as a power walk on hills. I changed up my eating too. I don't just stick at 1400 or 1500 cals everyday, I change it up between my 1350-1650. Boom, Loss.

Hope you get yours figured out.

Take Care,
