Can you perhaps change your workouts in some way? Maybe bike instead of
treadmill...or swimming...hiking. Just a change of some sort could kick start you into dropping the
pounds again. Also, how are your clothes fitting? You may not have dropped
pounds, but you could be losing inches, which is a better indicator of how well you are doing.
Are you counting
calories...if so, how many are you eating daily? Maybe you need to start eating a little more for a week or so. Sometimes this helps if your
calories are too low.
