Hey All.
When i'm calculating the amount of
calories i'm burning on a weekly basis, do I include the amount of
calories my
body burns naturally, by doing nothing.
For example: I'm calculating using the amount of
calories I burn per week exercising & the amount of
calories i'm cutting from what my
body needs to maintain my current weight.
( 2000Cal per week burned by exercising, and 5600 burned weekly by cutting 800Cals/day from my
diet).
According to Fitday.com my
body burns 2600Cals a day by doing nothing pretty much, just normal lifestyle.
Do I include that number in my calorie burned calculations when determining my
weight loss?
