Just cant get motivated.

Your going to think im really strange, I want to eat better and exericise for the obvious reasons i want to get rid of some chubby areas but i just cant seem to get motivated to do it. I think I could eat healthy but when it comes to exercise its hard.....


I guess what im saying is ..... Im lazy.

Its anoying too as i want to do it but i get bored of my usual things, i have punching bag and trampoline.

Exersize is addictive. Once u get into it, its hard to stop. Think abt urself without the chub, that shud be motivation enuf to drive u to gym.

If ure only slightly over weight and a guy (easier to loose weight for em I think)...just workout...and eat healthy. u dont need to diet.

Well im 13 boy 5ft 4 and about 136 ish pounds... I have been told that isnt bad for my age and height? But i do have a bit of chub that im just trying to "replace" with muscle.

I was doing the punchbag for a while but now i can never get on there.

Ill have to think of some new routines for the bag.

Anything for bad eating habbits as i just went downsairs and got a marsbar .

Go to the gym, or buy some dumbbells. Start doing cardio everyday and doing weights aswell. (my boyfriend is a gym nut- we've been dating since we wer about your age)...and EAT A LOT! EAT HUGE PORTIONS, you are growing! U want to be tall or not??

Who likes a scawny skinny boy anyway??

Just get fit, weight is just a number. =)...RUN RUN RUN

Im almost 100% sure i shouldnt be lifting weights at my age as it stunts growth.

Oh SHIT lol..yeah u shudnt .... well just do cardio :P and do some resistance training. Situps, crunches, pushups, lunges, squats. lol. Sorry kid :P
