Calorie Confusion

Hello, O.k so i've worked out my BMR then detracted 30% and I've come out with 1610 However I have dyscalcula and I am so bad at Maths its crazy, So I was wondering if anyone would mind just double checking my calculations for me?

I'm 5'4 weighing 172.2 lb so my bmr = 1610.87

sooo I'm thinking I should eat around 1800/1700 calories? Does this seem right?

Thankyou very much =]

Sounds fine to me. I'm not sure how you worked out your numbers but 10-12 calories per pound of bodyweight is a fine starting point for fat loss.

Of course the foods that comprise said calories is critical too... but yea.
