A good scale?

Hey, I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but I couldn't find any where else to write it. Anyways, I've been looking at scales online (wal-mart) and I was wondering if anyone knew of a great scale for under $40? I'd really like a good decent scale. The one I have now is a cheapy for $11 and isn't a digital and gives me a different number every time I get on it! So what's a good scale?

TIA!

I don't have a good answer for you, but I didn't want you to feel ignored.

I just use a fairly cheap glass-top pressure scale I bought at Canadian Tire. It was about 20 bucks or so. It seems to work fine, and matches up fairly well with the balance scale at my doctor's.

I do have to step on it several times to get a steady reading, but I have yet to see a scale that wasn't a balance scale where that was not the case.

OH I missed ths one the first time around.

This is similar to the one I have (except mine is white, but it's the same manufacturer):

Bed Bath & Beyond - Soehnle Legno Bathroom Scale

I got mine at Bed, Bath, and Beyond and I think with a coupon, I paid around $40 for it.

I've had it for 2+ years now and only had to change the batteries once.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I just went and got a new scale yesterday and I love it! It was only $20 so that was great. The only downside is that it's much more accurate than my old one.. by like 5-6 pounds! On my old scale I was 173.. on the new one I'm 178.. boo! lol.. but at least I know where I'm at now!

I don't know how accurate my scale is (its actually my roommates and she weighs less than half as much as me) but the losses are probably accurate, so I don't stress on the number it says so much as how it compares to the last time.
