Rep Power: 5 | | | It works best I think, since you get rid of what builds up over the 8 hours you sleep, pretty consistent it seems. |

i religiously weigh myself at the start of the week, when I’ve got up, after I’ve been to the toilet, before breakfast and totally naked. I do that every Monday so that I'm hopefully not holding anymore water than last week, and the weight of my clothes are not involved, so that i get the truest measure of weight loss possible for that week.
i always wonder what other people do concerning there weight days so this is a helpful thread.
good luck in your weight loss xxx

Rep Power: 47 | | | Just as others have said, I also weigh myself after my morning movement. (thanks to a fiber friendly diets, it's like clock work) I too usually go for as little clothes as possible because your body weight is important, not the weight of your jeans and sweater.

Rep Power: 0 | | I weigh each Saturday, just after waking up and going to the loo, and before eating, again no clothes. The only reason I weigh saturday is because I started weight loss on a Saturday, so it's part of my routine.

Rep Power: 22 | | | I actually weigh myself every morning. I keep track of my weight and then average out the week on Saturday. |

Rep Power: 8 | | | I weigh myself in the moring, just after I get up and use the bathroom. It's apparently your true weight. And I only weigh myself on Mondays (coming off the weekend) and then on Thursdays (going into the weekend).

Rep Power: 19 | | How often should I weigh in? How often should I weigh in? Weekly? Bi-weekly? I don't want to weigh myself every day. I've done that before and found it discouraging.

Rep Power: 0 | | I personally weight myself like every week, sometimes more often sometimes more rarely. But the important thing is to weight yourself at the same time of the day - best in the morning before breakfast. Good luck with your goals! |

Rep Power: 1717 | | | How often do you weigh yourself? Just wondering how often people weigh themselves.
I used to do it weekly or more often in past attempts to lose weight.
Now that I have joined spa lady I get monthly updates where they will check my weight and measurements. I joined 3 weeks ago so next week I will see where I am at. I am only gonna weigh myself once a month. I think that will help me cause when I weigh myself once a week and I haven't lost anything I get unmotivated then fall into a rut.
What do you guys do? Which way has worked best for you?

Rep Power: 94951 | | | I weigh every morning, because I've never gained a significant amount of weight when I did weigh every day, and I've never lost a significant amount of weight when I didn't weigh every day.
