Rep Power: 0 | | | Online body fat calculator! This is so encouraging...
I found this on google - it's a way you can measure your body fat using simple measurements from 4 or 5 different parts of your body. ONLINE BODY FAT CALCULATOR
It tells me that I am 28.2% body fat (within an error margin of 26.2%-30.2%) - I have 63.3 pounds of fat and 162.7 pounds of otherstuff. Ideally, women want to be between 18 and 25%, and the American average for women is 32%.
Food for thought. I'd encourage people to give it a try - you don't have to share your results with me.
It's assuring because it means I really don't have to reach my goal of 170 unless my muscles start to slim out and lose weight - but does that happen?

Rep Power: 18 | | I don't think you're supposed to get rid of all of you fat. I think it's trying to get you to the body fat percentage that's healthy. Like you might want to get to 25% body fat. |

Rep Power: 23 | | Says I have 30% body fat. 66 Pounds of fat and 154 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).
Has anyone ever used one of those body fat scales?? I have one and it is a lot different from this. Does anyone know how accurate the scale is? Or how accurate this site is?? Don't get me wrong... I like the site assessment better. Although the first time I did it I misread hips as height so I was shocked with my first results hahahaha!! |

I have 42.4 % body fat. 131 lbs of fat and 181 lbs of lean stuff.
I wonder how come they don't ask for height??? I have always known my right body weight is higher because I have large bones. My wrists are 7.5 inches and I am five feet five inches tall. |
