Just measured mine, I'm big boned always have been and always known it. I watched my friends break bones when mine never snapped when they would've had they been "average size" Mine wrist is over 8 inches.

I'm 5'5'' but my wrist is way less than 6'' - so I should be small boned but my hips are way too big for my frame LMAO

From my understanding, when you measure your wrist, you need to measure the actual write bone. Therefore, your frame size isn't going to change no matter how much weight you lose. Unless you're malnurished and your bone density decreases.

But anyway, I'm border-line large. Measuring my own wrist isn't super easy and probably not as accurate as having someone do it for me. I'm right around 6.25" and I'm 5"4. I think that's about right though. My goal weight based on my wrist size seems accurate. Too much less and I just might look sick and probably couldn't maintain that.

I'm medium frame but my goal is on target. What I dont get is why almost everyone that hears my goal says that that's too small. Dang that pisses me off too...(oops I started ranting. LMAO)

Hm, according to this I am just at the order of small / medium. This doesn't surprise me, I have a larger chest than most people I know, but smaller wrists. Thanks to my mother for the wrists, thanks to my dad for the chest

I'm 5'7 and I knew I had a large frame. I'm trying to get to between 150 and 160 lbs. I've hit a plateau around July tho... so I've got a step for my birthday. A shock to the system! Does anyone know if Hoodia really works?

I'm 5'1 and my wrist measures 7 inches. I'm off the chart it seems. lol I would like to weigh 130-135. I think that is a good weight for me, but that's probablly more than those weight charts would say I'm supposed to weight.

I just checked that site and for my height and frame size it says 125-140 is ideal weight for me.

I have a 6.4" wrist, I am medium framed.

Ideal Weight: 133-145lbs
Goal Weight: 118lbs

That is WAY off what BMI says.

The exact same thing for me! Except I'm 5'11 so either small or medium then...That knobby little bone haha.
