Rep Power: 217 | | | What's your frame size Determining frame size:To determine the body frame size, measure the wrist with a tape measure and use the following chart to determine whether the person is small, medium, or large boned . Women:- height under 5'2"
- small = wrist size less than 5.5"
- medium = wrist size 5.5" to 5.75"
- large = wrist size over 5.75"
- height 5'2" to 5' 5"
- small = wrist size less than 6"
- medium = wrist size 6" to 6.25"
- large = wrist size over 6.25"
- height over 5' 5"
- small = wrist size less than 6.25"
- medium = wrist size 6.25" to 6.5"
- large = wrist size over 6.5"
Men:- height over 5' 5"
- small = wrist size 5.5" to 6.5"
- medium = wrist size 6.5" to 7.5"
- large = wrist size over 7.5"
So... Cartman was right.. I'm not fat, I'm big boned |

Rep Power: 0 | | I'm 5'8" with a 6 inch wrist, that means I have a small frame, I always thought I was a medium frame.
Hmm, so Mal, does BMI and all that stuff take your frame size into consideration? I would imagine that an estimated healthy weight for a person my height with a medium or large frame size is different, right...or no? |

Rep Power: 9 | | I've always figured I had a large frame, which would explain why I was always slimmer than some of my friends who were taller and weighed less than me. I'm 5'3", and my wrist is about 6.75" (little more, but it doesn't even matter at that point XD) Nobody EVER believes I'm over 200 pounds. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Apparently I'm big boned!!! I'd have guessed I was small boned, I've always thought my wrists and ankles were small, but my wrists are 15cm (just under 6 inches I think). My ideal weight is higher than I think it should be. Before I'd ever considered dieting and ate and drank what I want, I was 11 pounds under that goal weight. I'm still under it now, but I've got a squishy tummy now (hehe), so I'm planning on losing weight. Confused now! |

Rep Power: 11 | | I have a small frame....? Weird. I always thought my wrists were skinny. Does that mean my goal weight could be lower than I thought? |
