Fruit Question:)

Hi everyone I just have a quick question.... I'v been trying to stay away from carbs as much as I can, and I'v been snacking on apples and oranges a lot. But I read on the internet that they both have like 20 carbs.... Are they like good carbs or something?? Will I gain weight if I eat a few apples and oranges everyday? thanks

Fruit is good, complex carbs, usually low GI, has to go through the liver before the body can use it so it's a slooooow release carb.

Look up catabolics.. T2 Trucker has lost a bunch of his weight with fruits and veggies that burn more calories to digest than they contain. Pretty sure apples & oranges are on there.. *looks* .. yep! ..lol
