Zero grams! Haha, well, I'm a bit of a no sugar zealot these days. I don't eat anything which has masses of sugar in it, and have lost the taste for it too. The idea of eating a whole chocolate bar seems... sort of overwhelming.

It sort of depends on your goals. If you want to lose weight quick, then keep it minimal. If your more on the long term side, sugar can be consumed in low amounts. I'm surprised at how many things sugar is in nowadays. It's pretty hard to completely avoid it but it's possible. I have sweet tea when I go out to eat at times with no worries.
