Well, For about 2 weeks I have just been doing about 50 jumping jacks a day sometimes 100, and eating a little better as much as possible..and weight curls stuff like that..and for some reason i weigh myself at the same time everyday and I lose a
pound every day sometimes every 2 days..According to the scale I've gone down about 10 lbs in a little over a week..But I have not been doing anything unhealthy..No appearing difference tho..I know it really wont show that soon tho, I have gone down a pants size though...But also I have an annoying bulge of
fat from my belly button to my waist and all the way around and also on my thighs..I cannot seem to get rid of..any advice?
