Well..the last 3 days ive had the flu...EW. The upside is my stomache has shrank, lol..anyhoo..i just spent 100bux on healthy groceries..im on track..havent exercised yet..but my diet is off to a good start..erm..not diet..lifestlye change.. I already feel great. Im still not sure how this site works..id like to start a journal..how do i do that? Im taking off 100lbs this year folks! and i know i can do it..and i will.
