I need some help figuring out if I should be exercising more or if Im doing the right type of exercising. I only drink water and about 80 ounces a day sometimes though I do drink tea, and I walk on my
treadmill for at least 30 minutes at 2.3 or 2.5mph, and I have also cut out all of the sugar that I used to eat, chips, and anything else that I think is really fatty. My question is could I be doing more? The HS I went to has a weight training facility and I could go and do some
strength training, or should I try another way to exercise not just walk on the
treadmill like get one of those gazelle machines, im asking cause im 22 4'11 and weight about 155
pounds which is considered obese for my height and im afraid to do to much because of that anyways any help or advice would be great. Thanks a bunch
