I was reading somewhere on this forum the other day that someone uses FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal. I tried it out and ended up purchasing the program (only $20!)... you can use the free version online. it keeps track of calories with a pretty good food nutrition data base and even helps you work out what you need to do in order to reach your fitness goals.
anywho - i thought I'd share. I'm fairly sure that it was M2M that posted it - thanks for sharing

I LOVE fitday.com. It helps me keep track of exactly how many calories I eat each day, and how many I burn. I also like to update the journal every now and then just to see how things have changed since I started. And it's all free

Question about it for people more familar. I looked for just a regular treadmill under activities which is what I use. It only had a stair trendmill. Should i just use walking instead for it to calculate my calories burned?

I have a copy of the PC version but dont use it as I update my stuff from both work and home. Being online means i can update it anywhere.
If only they would allow you to export your data from the app to the web interface :/
