Hey everyone!
I joined WLF in November of 2006 because I want to change my life. I'm looking for a diet buddy that has similar goals and that would be interested in chatting/PMing every day or two to keep eachother motivated. I'm on a 1100kcal/day, 4/5 days per week workout schedule. (see my signature for my stats).
If anyone is interested in having a diet buddy let me know.
