My initial response is one of skepticism. Cellulite? a form of body fat, and to the best of my knowledge the only methods of combating that is through reducing calories, increasing activity, and by exercise - or by surgery!

I have no personal experience with either, but from what I've read and heard, cellulite cream is a crock. The only way to get rid of fat is to burn it off.

I've heard that some of the skin tightening creams work a little bit, but more for small changes in the face type of thing. Not for tightening loose skin due to weight loss, etc.

preparation h would probably have the same effect - i dont see how it could give long term effects -a temporary measure possibly... save your money and buy yourself something that makes you feel really good

The only thing I have ever seen to reduce the appearance of cellulite is massage. It didn't rely on any cream or lotion, just the mechanical action being used. Now if you want to use a skin cream with it, I would recommend something with vitamin E oil in it, because that HAS been shown to have benefits for your skin, and a massage is usually nicer with lotion.

If you have an SO, make 'em work!

This is an interesting topic I've searched and searched myself as I have always carried my weight right in my stomach. I already see loose skin on my inner thighs and stomach and of course the boobs ugg hehe

I did start using recently just "firming lotion" from any major brand. Not really sure if it helps any but hey its cheap and I use lotion regularly anyway so I figured why not one that is "suppose" to firm!

Today me and a few girls, who also have started dieting with me, kinda funny the whole place is now on a diet Good for them tho!, someone mentioned that a personal trainer told her to use preperation H and saran wrap around her middle section. I'm not soo sure about that but hey I might try it !

Oh anyone had one of those slimming body wraps? I tried one 6 months ago and I liked it. I'm going to go get another Feb 17. Its mostly water weight you loose inches but suppose to tighten skin too!
