I would have to agree with Wishes....and unfortunately for many people most of their
fat goes straight to their stomach! Although I am fairly thin, I have that exact problem. The best thing I can suggest is to just be aware of what you are eating. I tend to keep a flatter stomach when I am monitoring my eating habits. That doesn't mean don't eat......that just means to make sure you are eating healthy meals - and especially no junk food! Your
body will react easier to the
exercises that you are doing, and you will most likely lose weight at a good pace.
