Rep Power: 0 | | | Best places to take measurments I tried searching the forums before I asked this in the case that it was already answered but I didnt find any luck so here it goes...
Where is the best places on your body to take measurments. You know how some people say that a scale isnt always accurate and that you should compliment that with taking measurments of yourself weekly/bi weekly. Where would be the best places to take measurments at. I know the big ones like arms, stomach, legs.... but is there any exact place I should take these measurments on my body to determine weight loss. If anybody can help me out or point me in the right directions I would appreciate it. Thanks

take whatever measurements you want - but all i've read lately says waist measurement is important - just be consistent in where you are taking themeasurement

Rep Power: 357932 | | experience tells me - when you are doing searches -always use an advanced search and exclude diaries when you are looking for stuff - you get much more reasonable responses back

Rep Power: 0 | | | I double-agree with consistency.
I've been taking my waist measurements for months and I've gone from a 36.5" waist to a 33" waist since November.
HOWEVER...
It took me a few attempts to learn where my waist is. At points, my waist has appeared to grow. (EEK) I measure at the place where my body dips in when I bend. Consistency has relieved my waist-line stress.
