Any women weigh more than their man?

Or the same? Or just barely a few pounds less?

Does it bother you? Anyone feel bad that they're not some petite thing?

Yep, I'm heavier than my husband. He is 5'4", 159 lbs. and I'm 5'6", 186 lbs.

He eats like a total cow but says when he gets back home he will join me with my eating plan. He's not really overweight much but has heart disease really heavy in his family and the way he eats will not end well. It doesn't really bother me much, we're celebrating our 11th anniversary on Friday, and he loves me no matter what size I am.

With the exception of when we first met I have always been anywhere from the same weight to slightly bigger to much bigger than him. That is one of my personal mini goals. I want to get in his pants (literally). At this moment he is at around 185lbs. I'd say mid-late summer I will be there. I can't wait. I have sometimes felt bad about it but he is totally wonderful and has loved me at any and every weight I have been in the 18 years we have been together.

I was 10-20 pounds more than mine at one point. He wasn't eating very healthy so he was pretty thin and I was eating way too much. I hated being heavier because it didn't have to be that way. We are the same height and he's much more muscular. I was thrilled when I dropped ten below him. *grin*

Yeah! I know how you feel, I was always 2-10 lbs heavier than my BF, who is a ridiculous 6' and 150 lbs--it is just kind of intimidating sometimes. You know that Jack Sprat rhyme? Like that!

So I'm alllllllllmost 10 lbs lighter than my man. I can't wait to be small enough for him to pick me up no problem and throw me around. Coolest thing about a small-ish BF: he doesn't weigh down the bed, and he can lay on me without crushing me. It feels nice to cuddle

hubby has always been anywhere from 10-50 lbs heavier than me. He's 6' and I'm 5'4". I'm sure if I get preggo before I lose this weight though that I'll probably surpass him if I am not careful. Right now, he's around 180 and I'm 155.

At my highest weight, I was 5.5 kilos heavier than him (and 9 inches shorter). We, due to my job, live half a world apart and only get to see eachother two or three times a year until next Feb, so I decided that the next time I saw him, I'd be atleast 1 kilo lighter than he is. So I started working on that the last week of January. I leave for Oz in eleven days, and I am officially 2.5 kg less than him! Yay! I'm still shorter but he reasons it out that its all peachy as I have a much larger chest *laughs*

Emotionally, it only bothers me a little that I was heavier than him, and am now only a bit lighter. He's so incredibly supportive, complimentary, and finds me hot at all sizes I've been, so I've had no real need for anxiety. If ever, during our time away from eachother, I started whining about one body part or another, he'd immediately insist I take a photo of said part and send it to him, and then would proceed to praise me twelve ways from Sunday. Some might think that kind of blanket acceptance would convince someone it was okay to stay fat.. on the contrary. It's made me comfortable enough to make healthy adjustments in my life, and to deal with the overall discouragement of both weightloss struggles and being away from my sweetie. More partners could take a lesson from him, I think.

My boyfriend has a body type I refer to as compact. I'm used to dating guys who weigh 175+. He's 5'9 and 140lbs. When we met I was 207 pounds and still now, I weigh 45 more pounds. What's worse? His ex-fiance was a total 105lbs. When we met, I was literally twice her size . Him being smaller is definitely a motivation because those *personal times* still feel awkward to me. He thinks I shouldn't feel that way. But I think everyone here knows where I'm coming from.

It's rough, I tell you--my BF dated two girls that were 6' and supper-model-skinny. BUT now since I've lost 19 lbs, he has gained 2--he's 153, I'm 139 right now--so I'm really happy about that. Hang in there, ladies--you WILL reach your goal!!!

Oh, I definitely know where you're coming from.

I weigh significantly more than my boyfriend, and what's worse, is I'm 5'4" and he's 6'5"!! It's like horizontal and vertical.

There is a direct correlation to me between losing weight and my comfort level in bed with him. He's never made me feel uncomfortable, in fact he's always extremely complimentary, which is fantastic, but not enough to make me get over it.

I'll be pleased when he's gained some (he's lost quite a bit of weight from anxiety due to personal issues within the last few years- only weighs about 185 right now and he's self concious about that, so it goes both ways!) and I've lost more than some.
