America is a great place as I lived there for 12 years and then I lived in Germany for 18 years and that too is a great country and now I am residing in London where I originally grew up, it's an amazing city.
We all have one thing in common here on this site and that is to lose weight.
I had a brain haemorrhage/stroke last March, I had lost 21lbs before the haemorrhge but over the year I have put that back on again.
I have started again and hopefully I can succeed with the weightloss.

Thank you Beth | I have mine from Graphical Tickers and Trackers: Weight Loss, Trying To Conceive, Pregnancy.... You can create one there, choose the layout and stuff, and in the end they'll give you a code. Copy and paste that code into your signature, and you should be good to go! |

I have lost 76lbs since sept 08 by doing weight watchers online and I have just started to exercise using a rower, I still have 5st to lose but I have strong will power at the moment :-) |
