look at stickied threads for excercises. i do cardio and weights and general body workout.

It can be counterproductive to eat too few calories.
What are you doing specifically to help your skin while losing weight? |

Actually thats one of the things i LOVE about this place... is that it doesnt matter how long you have been away, you will always find loads of helpful information and pictures to keep you inspired. |
