Well, i just got back from my hols in Egypt, it was fantastic, i didnt want to come home 
I managed to get to my target weight in time so it made my holiday even better.Have to say i have put a couple of lbs back on but that was to be expected.So its back to the eating plan and Zylene and that should get me back on track.
How is everyone else doing? |

Rep Power: 0 | | | heya, ive just joined the forum, i am living in sheffield, though im actually from kent, and have lived in birmingham and london! hows everyones wweight loss going? me, 8 lbs down, 12 to go, i wanted to lose it by the 30th may but thats only 23 days ago now, i've just had a chest infection which put me back by two weeks. i want to get as close as i can to that mark for my holiday on that day |
